If you wish to request deletion of your personal data associated with GymERP or WhatsApp integrations, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

• Email us at support@apnagymsoftware.com
• Include your registered email and organization name
• Specify the data you want deleted

Processing Timeline

After identity verification, we will process deletion requests within 7–30 business days unless retention is required by law.

WhatsApp Data

For WhatsApp Business integrations, we may delete stored message logs and related identifiers from our systems upon valid request.
